Scarlett works out of the Portland office, and primarily works with Vial Fotheringham’s collection department. She drafts documents, pleadings and letters, along with other work, helping to collect delinquent association assessments with the Vial Fotheringham CommunityCollect program. Scarlett joined the Vial Fotheringham team in February of 2007.
