Professional Experience:

For the last five years, Sarah focused on her practice of collecting for associations. She has experience working with HOAs of all sizes with all types of issues. In her five years of experience, she has helped associations clear up millions of dollars of delinquencies, as well as work with the associations to develop policies that act as effective collection tools. In addition, Sarah implemented Vial Fotheringham's online collection program, known as Community Collect.

VF Team Role:

Sarah is the Director of the Collections Department and manages the collection of past due assessments for hundreds of Condominium and Homeowner Associations throughout Oregon, Washington, and Idaho. She also manages the online collections part of the CFE program, Community Collect.

Sarah serves as a CASA, a court-appointed special advocate that represents children involved in Oregon's child welfare system.

Sarah spent most of her adult life in Chicago, Illinois, which is where she received her law degree and began her career. If she is not at the office, one can find her reading, exploring new restaurants, at the gym, or experiencing the beautiful sites of the Pacific Northwest.
