Since 1985, Rob has regularly advised clients on wills, revocable living trusts, gift planning, irrevocable trusts, charitable giving strategies (outright gifts and charitable trusts), powers of attorney for financial decision-making, and advance directives for healthcare decision-making. The majority of Rob's new clients are referred to him by current clients who have come to rely on him for providing outstanding estate planning legal work at a reasonable cost.Rob's broad business and real estate experience is a natural result of his estate planning practice, with many of these clients seeking assistance with their businesses (corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies), contract and lease negotiations, and succession planning.
