SENATE BILL 543: Amends Oregon Condominium Act and Oregon Planned Community Act
Effective: June 11, 2007

• Requires homeowners association and association of condominium unit owners to deposit assessments in federally insured bank account.
• Removes requirement that bank account be located within state.
• Declares emergency, effective on passage.
