Practice Emphasis:

During his practice he has been involved in a variety of litigation and transactional matters which include construction defect, debt collection, creditor law, secured transactions, commercial transactions, domestic disputes and family law.

Professional Experience:

The hands on and practical experience which Carson gained in his previous employment (family farm work and construction) provides great insight to the legal work he now provides in representing clients in various civil litigation actions which include construction defect, mechanics lien actions, and other construction-related matters.

Carson is a lawyer out of the Saint George Office, specializing in homeowner association law, collections, and construction defect work

Professional Involvement:

During law school, Carson was a law clerk at a firm focused on debt collection. He also worked as a law clerk at the Utah Attorney General's Office in the Commercial Enforcement Division where he gained experience in administrative law related to professional licensing, as well as the administration of Utah's Lien Recovery Fund Act. Carson was also the recipient of the College of Law Award in UCC Commercial Sales and was a Junior Staff Member for the Journal of Law & Family Studies.

Community Involvement:

Carson is the instructor for the Introduction to Paralegal Studies course at Dixie State College.

Personal/Family:

When Carson is not in the office he enjoys being outdoors working or playing. He loves farming, fishing, camping, hiking, traveling, rappelling, four-wheeling, boating, biking, hunting and spending time with family and friends.
